At different times I wrote, refreshed, and led the copy development for kp.org/thrive and kp.org, Kaiser Permanente’s award winning website that averages over 100,000 visits per day. The most recent iteration helped clarify the brand positioning and improved the site's ability to convert visitors to customers.
