Campaign - Kaiser Permanente Prescription Refills
Kaiser Permanente wanted to increase the usage of its refills by mail service - members who use it like it, research shows that members who use it are more likely to take their meds as prescribed, and the cost savings to Kaiser Permanente is substantial. So the answer was to develop a national campaign that went beyond awareness and into action.
Results: In 2013 (the first year this campaign ran), members refilled almost 14.8 million prescriptions online — a 25% jump from 2012.
