Campaign - Kaiser Permanente Urgent Care

Challenge: Kaiser Permanente members were going to the ER for issues that could be easily treated at Urgent Care, leading to unnecessary visits and long wait times.

Approach: Create a campaign that uses humor and relatable scenarios to get people to pay attention to a topic they might not want to think about.

Results: The campaign led to a 17% reduction in unnecessary ER visits, increased cost savings, improved member satisfaction, and lower wait times. Its success in Los Angeles led to it being adopted across Southern California.
